you’re my guiding lightning strike ;;; ABOUT ME 

Heya! So, I didn’t actually think people would want to know more about me, but hey… if a couple of people do, that’s enough for me to run with!

I’m Zoë.

I’m a 22-year old living in Australia. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Sydney or my birthplace, Melbourne, and instead somewhere with a reputation for being quite dull.

I am currently in my 4th year of my Bachelor of Arts/Science (Psychology), meaning I study Psychology, English Lit and History.

I am not special or unique; but this is a good thing… most of the time I can find something I have in common with another person. I’m tall-ish, average-looking/plain and … I’m never happy with what I weigh or look like, really. Who is?

As you can probably already tell, my self-esteem is not too high. I have been like this since I was a child, and this supposed “teenage phase” seems not to be a phase as much as … I don’t know.

I like people, and it is very difficult for me to dislike someone. I think I’m a shy people person, if that can exist.

I LOVE COMEDY and it’s everything to me. Finding the humour in everything is a coping mechanism that has served me well, and thanks to that I’m a pretty happy person most of the time. My self-deprecating humour is also very well received. Being Australian, I am so lucky to be exposed to all our nation’s comedians, who are so underrated.

I spent most of my childhood being obsessed with video games, albeit not being very good at them.

I tend to like things to an obsessive extent for a while, then move on to something else… and then revist these things I loved out of nostalgia. And pretty much, that’s why I’ll never leave Tumblr because I can put everything I love in one place.

MY BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT IN LIFE HAS BEEN TO CAPTURE ALL 150 POKEMON. Yup.
